Boilers in NYC turn on preset outside temp and will run pretty much the entire cycle regardless on what's going on inside the building. Also, what about the electric bill ncrease bc of the all the fans running inside the covers?? Just another scam.

Great job highlighting this resource on our streets. I have been harvesting these single use vapes off the streets of the UK for some time, they really annoy me, waste and hazardous to animals. I have noticed that the cells have been getting smaller over time oh and I have yet to find a use for these!

I used to smoke these quite a bit but then went back to a vape mod. Later down the road, I got quite interested in arduino. Now I've been cracking these open for the 3.7v li-ion batteries, i have so many of them now! Thanks! I have found many of these on the ground too and now I've been picking them up, both to do my part and to salvage more batteries.

I use them to make remote control boats.. but I only use the larger vape battery's.. to make a 6x1500mAh 3s2p battery .. I make the boats out of things I have around the house with the goal of spending as little as possible to make them. I also made a hovercraft out of I cordless vacuum cleaner that was broken and my friend was going to throw out.. you can also top up liquid inside them and reuse them but only once a twice before the test gets bad..

So couple points. Meclizine (what you take for motion sickness) comes in a chewable and a non chewable variety. I haven't used the model of relief band you broke apart, only the sport, but if you have chronic vertigo or nausea and have to wear it a lot you can actually forget you are wearing it. I do not know if the competitors feel the same either. I would love an open source version, hopefully someone will create one. As someone with chronic vertigo, the cost of the device gets to be prohibitive but it's a choice of being able to function even a little bit versus being stuck in bed. Having more cost effective versions would be great.

Some advice I can add for anyone else (especially if it's your first time) is to learn to use crutches beforehand. It's always easier to learn new things when you're not dealing with possible pain and other things that could affect you.

Losing 10mm sockets is such a cliché. When I had my big surgery I was responsible for adjusting a 3/8" nut four times a day and somehow I didn't lose the wrench.

"If you find my 10 mm socket I'm gonna need that back" is a fantastic joke! I legit Lol'd at it. The 10 mm socket and the 1/8in drill bit are impossible to keep around, the only solution is to just meet yourself where you're at and buy them in bulk. Wishing you a quick recovery!!
